After your appointment has been scheduled, you will receive a phone call confirming your appointment, at which time a credit card will be required to secure your date and time -- credit cards will not be charged at that time. Appointments are not considered confirmed without a credit card.
Cancellations
We are aware that unforeseen circumstances happen that is beyond your control, however we ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice as a courtesy to your Therapist. If we do not receive a cancellation notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to the price of the massage which has to be paid prior to future appointments.
No Shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time
